A $25 class materials fee for new students and $15 class materials fee for returning students will be collected at the time of registration to cover the cost of the student's text, on-going website updates, listening files, various handouts, and 2 class parties that will be provided over the course of the year. Paying this fee will guarantee your spot(s) in the next session of classes. Textbooks may be sold back to the instructor at the end of the year for $7.50, or you may choose to keep your text. Used workbooks will be yours to keep with no buy-back option.
Only new students will need to fill out a new registration form at registration. Parents of current students may let the instructor know about their intention to continue at any class or by email and pay their class materials fee at that time. It is the responsibility of all continuing students to make Señora Raquel aware of any change in contact information and pertinent medical conditions.
Class Tuition
The following discounted rates, depending on how many students are in a given family, are offered for the 10 months (38 group classes) from August to May:
$42 per month for each 1st child
$34 per month for each 2nd child
$26 per month for each add’l child
(Total Family Monthly Rates: 1 child = $42/mo., 2 children = $76/mo., 3 children = $102/mo., 4 children = $128/mo., 5 children = $154/mo.)
Class Tuition Due Dates
Class fees will be due on the first class day of each month (see “Calendar” for due dates). The monthly rate has been prorated to include all 38 weeks of class days throughout the year, so you will pay the same amount each month regardless of how many class days are in that particular month.
Late Fees
Effective March 29, 2009, a late fee of $10 will be added to any tuition payment not received within 3 days of the posted due date for your/your child's class day of the week as shown on the current Class Schedule.
